Good little store, the old boy that is normally behind the counter is a gentleman.

They do some pretty good deals sometimes like absolutely massive sized boxes of soap powder (known household brands like Persil, etc) for £9.99, etc.

The only thing I would complain about is the parking outside the store is ridiculous. Especially considering that if you check with the deed plan registered with the Registrars of Scotland (ros.gov.uk) the land which the shop claims to be theirs actually belongs to South Lanarkshire Council and is a public walkway (not a car park like the shop claims).

The best convenience store in town.

Was great little store but has gone down hill last 20 months very poor range unless you like wines always check dates and state of stock as soft drink cans always seem sticky and dirty owners have lost heart in this business
