Popped in for food on a day trip to Edinburgh. Served promptly and food arrived without too much of a wait. Service was excellent and able to pay online through phone. Food was excellent.

I called in here with friends while visiting Edinburgh for a gig. We needed something to soak up the hangover.



Service was prompt and staff were friendly and some were singing to the radio which have a very friendly and welcoming vibe.



I order the slider burgers because I couldn't decide what I wanted and my mate ordered the prawn wrap/sandwich.



Food came out in good time and was nice and hot. Wish I could be finished the lot but I was very full haha.



I'd definitely call in again �

After taking refuge from the torrential Rain in Edinburgh yesterday.. We were welcomed and accommodated by lovely staff.. Being a wheelchair. The toilet is a bit of a squeeze.. The food was ok unfortunately my hamburger wasn't cooked to my liking.. But that's because I like my cows dead haha.. It was slightly pink.. For a non fussy eater it would have been perfect.. But saying this.. The manager gave me my meal free.. So we spent the afternoon there drinking.. Having a laugh with staff.. Thoroughly enjoyed my day.. Thank you! �

Went for breakfast after looking at the menu online which said 2 for £10, ordered our breakfasts and when we got the bill the discount wasn't on so had to ask for it. Wonder how many people have been ripped off??!!

Went for lunch was ok but very expensive, could have got the same meal for half the price at weatherspoons, would have went there but no seats!

Fast service , good food, good cocktails . Our second waiter had very poor customer service skills and definitely requires some serious training !

Difficult to rate as food and drink were excellent but the service was appalling! 20 minutes wait for 1 glass of wine. Ladies toilets disgusting �

Terrible service. 45 minutes waiting between starter and main course. People who ordered after us had eaten and left before we were served. When the food finally came it was certainly not worth the wait - a greasy chicken burger and measly handful of fries. The most annoying thing about the experience was that the waitress kept avoiding us and blatantly ignored us when we were trying to get her attention to enquire about the delay. She wasn't busy serving others, just standing around chatting to the bar staff. Not once did she apologise for the long wait and yet she still expected a tip at the end.

So I took my mum for breakfast here on 17th December. Looked a nice place from the window! The gentleman that took our order was polite and we order two omelettes and two rounds of toast.

We waiting nearly 30 mins for the arrival of the food...other people walking in after us were getting food before us...When our food arrived and was put on the bar ready to be brought to our table it sat there for 2-3 mins. When the waitresses came over they were staring at it, looking like they didnt know who it belonged to. In the end we brought to their attention that the food was ours, and one of the waitresses (she had glasses and pigtails) was rude and abruptly said "I know..." and still didnt bring the food over promptly. the food order was wrong and there were fillings in the omelette missing. she dumped the food and left. Her attitude and delivery was disgusting and as somebody myself that has worked in catering, i wouldn't ever speak to anybody let alone a customer the way she spoke - and looked at us. The original gent that took our order came over and attended to the fact our food was wrong. He apologies and solved the issue instantly. This was more like it. This restaurant was very lucky we didn't just up and leave!! Will not return ever again.

Probably the worst hamburger I've ever had. And it was a double.... so dry, with cold pulled pork and cold bacon....

I will never come back and I feel it's my duty to warn people.... don't go there.

We we a party of 3 and we all had the same experience with the food.

The only thing good was the service and the beer.
