Findochty Caravan Park
Reviews
Great camping spot, beautiful local. Only minor point is that more pitches on the seafront would be great.
Lovely site. Very friendly and clean and well maintained. Beautiful location
Not stayed at the caravan park, but the area is lovely, a really nice place to visit
Great wee site right on the edge of a shingly beach. The quaintness of this site adds to it's appeal. The site contains a number of static caravans as well as hard standing touring pitches with EHU. There are grass pitches too. Each pitch has a great view of the sea and dolphins can be seen when they are passing. The toilet facilities are dated but spotlessly clean and the carpet is 'unique' but means they are very cosy and comfortable. The local harbour is close by and there are plenty of local walks with a lovely beach easily accessible the other side of the village.
Lovely camp site with stunning views. Only thing is that they allows vehicles onsite at any time during the night. Was woken both nights with cars visiting site in early hours. Apart from that its a beautiful place to visit. Also worth noting is that its cash only payment,no card facilities.
Spent several weekends here in 2014. Nice spot. Tidy site. Quiet. Pub does good food. Kids enjoyed fishing off the pier. Owners are friendly. Can be a bit breezy. But hey. It's on the coast. Nice walks along coast by golf course and local shop open late and good for basics. Supermarket only 15 mins away. Toilets are olde world but spotless.
just love the place it is quiet, lovely views, clean and everyone is so friendly.the owners moira and dennis do their best to make you at home. The pub is oldie world fishing and serves good beer and meals, all are well worth a look.
