I had a wait of 2 months for a Cartier watch to be serviced with minor repairs - not once was I called to say there would be a delay - the blame was laid at the door of Cartier - I paid around £500 for the service and have no idea how much of that Finnies received but when I produced an emerald ring of my mums that she bought from then many years ago tans asked them for an appraisal I was quickly told that as I could not produce the original receipt from 25 years ago there would be a cost of over £200 - I'm sorry but this is not the friendly family atmosphere they promote and it's just all about "money". Such a shame my mother would be so disappointed

Bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend from here and was very impressed by the service. We were served by Dominique who was very patient and helpful by bringing out ring selection after ring selection.
Once a ring had finally been chosen the ring was resized in a couple of days and we went to pick it up. The selection was very good and the service backs it up. I plan to be back for future purchases.
