FINTASTIC AQUATICS CONDITIONS OF FISH SALES.

We only sell fish that we believe to be healthy at the time of sale. If you encounter any problems with your fish purchase, please notify us immediately. In the event of you loosing any fish within 48 hours please return the body in a separate container from a water sample. We will refund the fish if your sample appears to be within an acceptable range of perameters. eg, nitrates, nitrites, ph, hardness ect. Always remember water perameters may be different from your area to ours. We want to encourage you enjoy the wonderful hobby of fish keeping. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff. We will always do our best for you.
