About Fiona Clazy Kinesiology

Holistic Kinesiology is based on the principles of Traditional Chines Medicine and is combined with Western techniques to harmonise the natural flow of energy that facilitates well being, helping people to overcome deep seated physical and emotional habits which can manifest as pain, physical weakness, fatigue, anxiety, frustration with life, lack of confidence, fulfilment or purpose.

Kinesiology employs a series of gentle muscle tests to build up a picture of what is going on within the body, and then a combination of techniques such as; postural alignment, acupressure points, adrenal calming, detoxifying work, de-stressing and emotional stress release.

Structural work can help painful, tight, weak or imbalanced muscles, as well as alignment and posture. Nutritional work looks at sensitivities, intolerances and deficiencies, as well as efficient digestion and elimination. It also covers adrenal exhaustion and sugar handling.

Emotional work using NLP tools and techniques encompasses beliefs, attitudes, thoughts and feelings, both conscious and unconscious, relating to the past, present and future, which can trigger anxiety, low self esteem, unexplained fears, mood swings and phobias
