Disgraceful Customer Service! Ordered and paid for tiles in December. Was informed they were not in stock but would arrive in January. Tiles never arrived in January and after many confusing calls to Fired Earth informed that the tiles were expected in mid March "perhaps" and "what do you expect me to do about it". Head Office stated the tiles had left their country of origin and were on the way so I asked to be kept informed about any further potential delay to the arrival date. Head Office said they would check weekly to ensure the tiles were on track. Mid March arrives and having heard nothing from Fired Earth I called head office a number of times trying to get a straight answer only to finally be told by the Edinburgh shop that they were now expected at the end of March. They have no idea where the tiles are, what the delay is caused by, or if the date will be met and they won't be doing anything else.

I would expect a professional company to be able to track where their tile orders are and inform customers if there was due to be a delay. The Delivery company called twice to try and deliver part of the order to me and even the delivery guys said Fired Earth was chaotic and had no clue what they were doing. I would advise you to save yourself the stress of dealing with this company and go elsewhere.
