Good fair deals with the cars and friendly staff

Please do not buy a car from First Choice Car Sales Ltd.
They are, in my opinion, a complete and utter garbage car sales dealership with zero professionalism or technical expertise. My other half recently acquired a low mileage 07 plate Corsa 1.2 from First Choice Car Sales Ltd which has turned out to be a complete lemon.
I thought it was a poor purchase in the first instance but held my tongue. The car was over-priced, had lots of damage, a missing front grille, instruments that were not fully functional, a broken parcel shelf, a broken glove box and missing wheel-change tools, in addition to suspect front seats sliding mechanisms and a weak battery.
I am aware of the maxim 'let the buyer beware'. However, what really irks me is the fact that the vehicle had recently passed its MOT, yet within days of delivery the exhaust had fallen off and upon inspection, appears to be badly corroded. Needless to say, I am surprised the car passed its MOT and can only speculate as to what this says about First Choice Car Sales Ltd as a corporate entity and the other vendors with which they do business. The car is also currently immobile after failing to start and will either need recovered or a jump-start and driven carefully to a reputable and trustworthy vendor for repair and remedial work.
This has been a very stressful experience for my other half, so I felt the need to write this review to warn potential customers of First Choice Car Sales Ltd not to bother, even if the vehicle appears a good price and a low mileage example. Their track record based on the reviews I have read is very poor and a business with any inkling towards good customer service standards would be endeavouring to change their ways for the better.
Rule of thumb for the prospective user car buyer - buy the best that you can afford, do not buy the first one that comes along, especially with regards to mass market model cars where the choice is plentiful.
And the other rule of thumb - do not buy anything from First Choice Car Sales Ltd, as they seem to be entirely focused on making a profit by selling poorly prepared cars (both mechanically and cosmetically) and not giving a hoot about customer satisfaction or repeat business.
The customer should always be completely satisfied after a sale - in this case, the customer is completely dissatisfied and will go out of their way to recommend any other car sales dealership apart from First Choice Car Sales Ltd.

Don't want to even give this place a star. Boyfriend bought a car and agreed the car would be left for him as he couldn't get there until after hours time. When phoned said we were wrong and our attitude was stinking. Would not recommend this place at all..Customer service is appalling!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

I don't even want to give them a single stars so really it's zero stars! Sold me a car for almost £2000 but the car was falling apart. They gave a one month "warranty" but then refused to pay for some of the work when the car needed to go to the garage 3 times within 2 weeks of having the car! Since then the car has has to be towed at enormous cost by AA and have spent hundreds replacing the clutch and other bits. Car only has 32000 miles on it but falling apart! Total cowboys avoid at all costs!! Worst experience with a car dealer.
