This is our second time using First Mortgage and we cannot fault their service. Kevin and Lesley were particularly helpful. Kevin is efficient and very knowledgable and explains everything. All the staff at First Mortgage are friendly and welcoming too, which makes such a difference. Thank you First Mortgage!

We have used First Mortgage twice now. They were fantastic when we were first time buyers and have recently helped negotiate us a better deal, as our 2 year fixed rate came to an end. Kevin has been fantastic, offering honest advice and support, also accommodating our work schedules to meet at a time which suited us. He's approachable, quick to reply and of course knowledgable. It's a friendly atmosphere in the shop, I was recommended by a family member and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Also the entire service was FREE. Sounds too good to be true but it's not =) would never use another mortgage adviser

After my boyfriend and I had a few problems to start with we decided to go to First Mortgages and after our initial meeting with Douglas, we left feeling very positive and a complete weight lifted off our shoulders. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from Amanda and Douglas. Have helped with everything trying to purchase our first home. As this is our first home we came into this not having a clue what we had to do and the team at first mortgage helped out with everything even elements they didn't need to help us with but they did. While emotions have been high from our side, Amanda and Douglas definitely tried everything to reassure us(me).
