Wendy Whyte and Alison Holland took the hassle out of the everything for us. Their professionalism and can do attitude were evident from the outset. My wife and I can't praise the branch highly enough.
The overall service we received from them was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the process.
If we were given a timescale, it was adhered to (even the mortgage lender did their part on time!).
If we had questions, answers were swiftly available.
We were very happy (and somewhat surprised) with the speed of the process, although this was largely due to us being sent information on exactly what to bring to our appointment. It's better to do things once, properly!
We also found all the staff in the branch to be helpful and polite.
We are able to write this from our first home, which we have been able to purchase, thanks to the fantastic staff at First Mortgage Dundee.
