I was recommended contacting First Mortgage through a friend as I was looking to receive a mortgage for my first property. The experience start to finish has been great and would recommend to anyone. John was particularly very helpful making sure I understood everything and making sure I got the best deal to what suited my needs. If you had any queries, you could easily email and receive a response fairly quickly. 100% would recommend!

First class service from start to finish from the staff in Falkirk. Due to our age it took some time to find an appropriate mortgage lender. I've consolidated existing loans with them once and I've remortgaged now with her too, and the service has been fast, efficient, down to earth, non-judgmental and I really felt on each visit like my best interests were in her mind at all times. Yvonne is so knowledgeable and she makes the whole process quick and effective, and is clearly very experienced. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is a pleasure to deal with also.

My experience with First was nothing shy of excellent. Dealt with Graeme and Paul. Helped with all stresses. Seen on extremely short notice when required. Absolute 10/10 for customer service. Even after completing the move, I am still receiving advice and direction with certain things.
