A great, professional team as the factor between landlord and tenant.

We've had FirthView for 7 months as the factor and to begin with a meticulous and very respectful start of the tenancy.

The moving in report was very detailed and very honest regarding wear and tear so we knew exactly what we started with.

The few issues during the tenancy were all respectfully instantly dealt with with the thought in mind that although it is not our own house, it is still our home and that certainly came back in all the communications and meetings we had with all team members of FirthView.

Difficult matters with the landlord were professionally dealt with and sorted in a good manner and we were kept in the loop with the progress and reactions from the landlord and what our rights were.

Visits to inspect the property 3 monthly were always very pleasant and again, with full respect for our home feeling.

All difficult communications were dealt with head on and informing us prior to letters being send were always per telephone call in a professional matter.

I can certainly recommend FirthView to all landlords and a great team to deal with from a tenant point of view.

They stand out big style in a very positive way.

Unprofessional jokers.
Had an appointment to view a flat. Nobody turned up. After calling them they answer was "we didnt think you were coming" :( (all after a comfirmation email on the day of the appointment)

Firthview. Genuinely provide a comprehensive letting service to me as a, out of country, landlord. Their thoroughly professional service and advice allows me to be content that my property is being maintained to the highest of standards both for myself and more importanly the tenant.
