With its flattened body this catfish loves to bury itself in soft substrates therefore a soft substrate is essential in the aquarium! There should also be plenty open space for the catfish to forage for food ☺️ Frozen foods as well as algae wagers and sinking pellets will also be scoffed up 😀😀🍴

These bright blue fish are definitely a peaceful showstopper to a larger community aquarium 💙 They can reach a fair size so should not be housed with small fish or they will become a tasty, expensive meal 🙄

These are a very beautiful active species of Tetra when maintained in groups of 6+ 🐠🐠 Try to vary their diet with flakes, algae based flakes, slow-sinking pellets, and frozen foods such as mosquito larvae, brineshrimp, Mysis etc 😃🍴

MUSTARD TANG 😍😍😍
These beautiful fish are found in impressive sized shoals in the wild, feeding on filamentous and calcareous algae. The pelvic fins are a contrasting bright yellow colour, and the tail takes on a similar hue as the fish mature! This semi-aggressive, active species attains a good size and can be rather territorial, so a spacious aquarium is therefore required. It is usually best to keep only one per tank 🐠🐠🐠🐠
