Good classes & friendly people

Cheap and cheerful. Great open access policy for classes, and good availability too. Good choice of equipment. Only quibble is that the weights section is male dominated and intimidating, though similar to many other gyms.

Well laid out, and welcoming. Good facilities with sauna, steam room and aromatherapy room.

Great Gym best iv been in and range of fitness machines also good range of classes now more has been added also sauna and steam Room are good
