"Monday will be whatever you want it to be" π
For me it's starting the week well with diet and training after a not so good week last week. It's also about working hard for what I want to achieve inside and outside the gym and just generally being happy with the simple things π which today consisted of 10 double unders unbroken and 20 hand stand push ups unbroken ππͺ

For me, CrossFit has changed my life! I've never progressed so well in my own personal fitness until now - I am now the fittest, strongest version of myself and I enjoy every single training session (mabe wouldn't always say that at the time π)

Jo positive attitude and enthusiasm makes me look forward to every session. I would have thought that I would need a drill sergeant shouting at me like in the movies, but with her encouraging demeanor Jo gets me to work hard without all that. Thumbs up.
Jo knows her stuff and keeps her sessions fresh and effective with good variety. She really has a fantastic attitude, such a positive approach and genuinely cares about her clients, always putting them first! Highly recommend you go to Jo for personal training and/or classes, you'll be in great hands :)
Jo is an absolutely amazing personal trainer ive never enjoyed exercise so much untill I started working out with Jo. She makes you feel at ease however gives you the drive and determination you need to work hard and get the results your looking for.
Jo's classes are brilliant too, everyone has great fun and such a laugh, such a friendly bunch and you can work at your own pace. The great thing is that Jo is happy for you to bring your kids so no need for baby sitters which makes things easier, I even take my dog when were outside, keeps everyone happy οΏ½ and not to forget if it rains Jo is happy to come to do your pt session in the comfort of your own home! Highly recommended οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½xx
Jo is amazing, classes are suited for all abilities, I look forward to my weekly pt session and classes. She knows how to get the best out of you! Would highly recommend!

Jo is a great personal trainer, shes very friendly and makes you feel at ease .. I'm very hard on myself and jo always gives you the boost you need to keep going. Her passion for health and fitness shines through and I would definitely recommend her. X
Jo has a great approach to exercise and staying active . She is so experienced in what she does and is always happy to help you achieve your fitness goals . Her classes and boot camps are all great and you always leave feeling worked !
Jo and her classes are great! She always makes the classes fun so you don't feel like you're working too hard! The classes are flexible and I can honestly say they would suit anyone given this. I often take my kids with me and always the dog so I don't feel guilty about having to fit in exercise and not spending it with the kids. The classes get all the family out in the fresh air and moving. xx
I've only just started going to Jo's classes and my muscle mass has gone up and my body fat has gone down! So win win! οΏ½And feeling fantastic. ...classes are also good fun..doing different kinds of exercises. ..so using different muscles!

Friendly, informal exercise classes where you work to your own fitness level so suitable for all abilities. Sunday morning boot camp definitely sets me up for the day!
First time at raverfit. Brought my 7 year old daughter with me. Was great fun and we plan to come back soon! My daughter said it was easy. Well mummy didn't think it was easy! Good that you have the option to slow down if you need a bit of an easier option.
