Personal Training Studio, Pilates Studio, Power Plate® Authorised Centre and TRX Studio. Established in 1997 we have both the knowledge and experience to ensure you achieve the results you want. . . quickly.

Five Star Fitness Description

Our studios are available by appointment only giving you total privacy during our one to one sessions. No distractions, no need to feel self conscious, it’s just you and your trainer. We also offer Pilates classes, TRX classes and Tandem sessions (one trainer to two people). Classes are limited to a maximum 6 in Pilates and 4 in TRX offering a level of personal attention that's impossible in other fitness classes.

Happy times this morning at our studios when we discovered this family had taken up residence in our jacuzzi 😂😂

We’ve now reopened after our summer break. David has been practising plyometrics in deep sand and Caroline has been performing the Pilates Mermaid exercise on the beach but we’re now at the studios to help all our clients get fitter and stronger.

And we’re off. Summer holidays have arrived and the studios are closed till Tuesday 17th July. We will still reply to Facebook messages and emails but WiFi is erratic and our normal fast replies are unlikely to happen. Since then I've moved to Inverness and I now take advantage of their online programs and chat with Dave over Skype to keep me motivated. Five Star Fitness is amazing, I'd highly recommend them!

I looked at a few options before deciding on one-to-one sessions at Five Star Fitness. I am really happy with my decision. David took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and is a perfectionist when it comes to positions for the exercises, meaning that I achieved optimal results and was not at risk of injury. Everything was tailored and specific for me. Within 5 weeks of twice weekly Power Plate sessions, floorwork and homework I lost an inch from my waist and could see my ab muscles for the first time ever! My legs and glutes are much more toned and my running has improved as a result.
