The best food i have had so far in whitburn...rlove the spicy chicken :)

Ordered a takeaway on recommendation from a family member and I was not disappointed the food was amazing and well worth it. Highly recommended.

Ordered a party buffet and it was excellent - guests loved the food and it was great value for money.

Just had food from here picked up and took home, and still HOT and once again it was absolutely amazing. Fried rice and korma sauce is just amazing so are the spicy onions

Had them for my buffet yesterday for my party and it was the best! Everyone loved it and none was left over at all. Thanks so so much for it all it was great x

Had a wee take away from here tonight x its a family fav. At our last visit, the curry tasted a little too salty, we commented on their FB about it then thought nothing more of it. Tonight when we went back in, an made the same order as last time (because it's Fricken awesome) he told us that he saw our review and spoke to his chef and they sorted the issue..

I was amazed that he not only took on board what I said but actually fixed it. I hadn't seen the reply post, he recognised us and spoke to is about it. I was honestly shocked and impressed by the customer service.

And tonights dinner was amazing!! ��

I can not praise this place enough, everything I've ever had from here has been on the ball bar that last time and it was addressed and fixed. Now we're back to ☆☆☆☆☆ again x

Always can count on flames to produce a great meal. Pizzas are amazing and the korma is delicious best in Whitburn

Absolutely lovely munchy box the best one around! The pizzas are awesome aswell I wouldn't go anywhere else! Your missing out if you don't use these guys

Really disappointed tonight, ordered via scoffable and was given a 1hr 10mins wait not an issue. I phoned the shop at 1hr 40mins to be told I was waiting on a driver and the girl to tell me she had been too busy tonight to contact and give us some communication. I am now at 2 hours since I ordered and still no order, not happy about the lack of compassion/communication with regards to this. Don’t want to be rude but your telling me my food has been ready for over at least 30mins sitting in a hot box to keep warm. We regularly order from flames but you have lost our custom. I’ll let you know if my dinner ever shows up!

Waited 3 hours last night for a delivery, told twice it was on its way, ended up cancelling the order through just eat. First time ordering from Flames and won't make the mistake again, wish we had read all these bad reviews before ordering, would have saved the hassle �

Never had worse experience having take away.

Stay away and respect your life ( even when you'll be hungry ) chose toast's whit butter.

I ordered a couple of burgers tonight via scoffable. 2 hours and 2 phonecalls later i am still waiting for our food. We live literally 5mins drive away and the fact they still havent delivered our order is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from them again.

Burgers over cooked and dry asked for onion did not get it pizza was under cooked first and last discussing
