What an amazing week in Abrezzo. Thank you Stefano and Bruna, a perfect balance between vacation and learning to cook some wonderful dishes.

What a great week in Puglia, weather was fabulous as were all the staff - Monia, Antonio & Pinar made it a special week. Cath's Pilates was lovely, so informative and great fun. I loved the trips out and about, picnics, boat trips, history and great cooking.

We have thoroughly enjoyed several Flavours holidays in various beautiful private Italian villas in great company, from Tuscany to Sicily.



The food, wines, itinerary, ambience, choice of locations, and accomodation are very high standard, while the guides, cooks, chefs, artistes, instructors and company representatives are a credit to the company.



The limit of 8 guests at each venue makes it more personal, whilst having good company, but not a crowd - occasional clash of personalities excepted.



If you love Italy, or have never experienced it, this will entice you back again and again. We were not surprised to see repeat guests, like us, at Flavours venues.



We will definately be booking again and recommend Flavours Holidays for a personal art, pilates or cooking experience.

Puglia - the hunting lodge was a really marvellous venue; Antonio provided us with a wonderful introduction to the local cuisine and guided us through the lessons so calmly, helpfully and with such charm; our visits to the delightful surrounding area were organised smoothly and imaginatively. It was therefore almost inevitable that with the group bonding so happily too that I look back on a totally memorable week. Thank you, Flavours.

My first holiday abroad for 20 years, and on my own! Seriously apprehensive in the weeks leading up to it, but as soon as I was on the plane, I was fine. I had booked a week in Tuscany on the late September photography holiday. It was just wonderful! The food was magnificent, cooked by the delightful Livia; Tony, the photography tutor, was excellent, very patient, knowledgeable and great fun. Irene looked after our trips out to Siena, San Gusme, Chisuire and the winery. The accommodation and location was just perfect. Having a common interest ensured we all got on well, and by the middle of the week, we were like family. I can honestly say I havn't laughed so much for a long time, and I learnt more than I had hoped to in a week. A holiday I shall treasure and have many happy memories.

Just returned from my first Flavours holiday. I attended the photography holiday in Tuscany. The location was beautifully tranquil and the and the villa was very clean, comfy & spacious. The food prepared by our chef Giuseppe was excellent. Our tutor Matt presented us with a nicely balanced week challenged us with a good mix of topics.

Just returned from a phenomenal week in Sicily. Everything was perfect - from the villa to our hosts and oh those amazing meals! Bellissimo!!

Just returned from Amalfi. Had a truly wonderful experience. This was my first holiday for a few years and the first one alone. The ladies I met on this cooking experience were such fun and really made the whole holiday a fabulous experience. The Amalfi coast is magnificent and with the mix of cooking, sun, relaxing, some sightseeing and a little shopping I would heartily recommend a Flavours Experience

Just booked up again for a Flavours adventure. Sicily this time. Can't wait. If it is anything like Tuscany Cooking in 2013, I am in for another treat.

Just bck from Puglia - what an amazing holiday - nothing was too much trouble, venue superb, Antonio the Chef was just fantastic but the team were just the best - met great people, and would recommend to all - thanks to everyone x

Just back from a weeks cooking in Villa Arragesse in Sicily with Chef Carla and Host Rosario. The holiday was fantastic we learnt such a lot ingredients were great and so fresh. We had fun all the group were so easy to get on with lots of wonderful memories. Would highly recommend Flavours.

I've just come back from Cooking holidays in Tuscany with Sunshine & Simonetta. What a great week it has been!!! The scenery and villa are beautiful.

Sunshine's passion for cooking is very infectious. He is very patient, explaining everything step by step and he has got a great sense of humour. Simonetta - nothing is too much for her. Sunshine and Simonetta work fantastically together, a great duo. This was the most relaxing holiday ever!

I've also made a great friends. I would highly recommend Flavours to anyone!

I have just come back from a week in Tuscany at Podera Frasca with Simonetta and Allesio. Could not have wanted a more attentive or knowledgable hostess and Allesio was just brilliant. Loved that there was flexibility to try things we wanted to (zabaglione - not a 100% success but very delicious) as well as loads of things that were planned. Good group of guests too - that made the week particularly good. Excellent customer service from the office point of view too. I aspire to be a returning customer!!

Had a super week last week in Puglia. The villa was beautiful. Set in acres of Olive groves. The holiday was a really successful mix of excellent cookery lessons, visits to beautiful medieval towns, super meals out and in, and free time.

I learnt a lot in the lessons and the group cooking was great fun.

Thank you Flavours I am sure I will join you again next year.

Fantastic holiday was at Puglia Tuscany and Felciai Amalfi is out of this world for scenery always try to get to Sicily at least once a year. Italian wine to me is fantastic the wines I like are Prosecco and Rioja. cant wait to April for my next holiday.

Fantastic holiday from start to finish. Never expected to laugh so much, learn so much or make so many lovely new friends. Daniela & Alessio were not only great teachers & hosts, but also brilliant entertainment throughout! If only the holiday could have lasted a month instead of a week!

Amazing experience. Pilates with mindfulness plus a couple of Italian cookery lessons with Alessio. Pilates with Ros. Villa Casanova room 1 on first floor. Breathtaking views, wonderful food and extremely therapeutic mindfulness with Ros. Already looking to repeat the experience. I think about it every day and find it very calming. Well done Flavours - a definite hit with me. See you soon.
