Policy on lateness/no shows
From today onwards there is a strict 15 min lateness policy if you are later than 15mins and haven't let me know u will now forfeit your deposit as I run to a tight schedule most days and it's unfair to other clients who show up on time
Also all appointments (except consultation) now require a deposit as too many people not showing up. Deposits can be paid in salon, bank transfer or PayPal.

had my hair done by linsey yesterday, Wot a lovely girl puts u totally at ease as i was worried about the state my hair was in, Shes so down to earth .I will definitely be going back to her from now on her prices r brilliant and so is her work! walked out the door totally over the moon with my new hair� Thanks Linsey ur a ����

This girl has been doing my extentions for over 3 years, i travel from Dubai to use her as she knows her stuff and always uses the best hair that lasts so long! Just changed to nano rings and they're gorgeous. She's patient and proffesional and always has time to help you and answer all my silly questions. Apart from all that, the value for money is incredible! Worth the air fare home!

The service I received from flawless glamour was outstanding! I asked for a half head of bonds, which wasn't quite enough but Lynsey put in 20 more bonds for me so it was perfect! (And didn't charge me anything extra!!) She took so much time to make sure it was perfect and blended it so well! Over the moon with my final result!

Had my hair done on Saturday and absolutely love it Iv had hair extensions for years and these are the best I've ever had and wouldn't go anywhere else the service was great the hair is amazing and done exactly how I wanted it but better in so happy and such a nice atmosphere to have your hair done

Had my extensions for 6 months and they're still in great condition, best hair extensions ever!

Had my consultation with Linsey on Thursday & my bonds were fitted on the Friday morning, I can honestly say they are the best extensions I've had, she also layered the hair beautifully I left with a full head of lovely long thick hair I won't be going anywhere else but flawless from now on. I'd highly recommend Linsey she is fab at what she does X

Been paying nearly £600 for my extensions for just over 3 years, was recommended linsey, so though I would try them out, got them the day before I went to Greece, dyed them pink, was in the pool, sun and never really looked after them, got home conditioned them and there in perfect condition! Only extensions iv had that you can wear up in a high pony and not see, also weren't sore the first few days when laying on them! Would 110% recommend x

Anyone looking for extensions please go and check out Flawless. Absolute gem of a girl! Had my extensions in for 8 months, the hair was amazing and nothing was too much hassle getting them refitted. I've had a few different types of extensions in but I can say 100% these were the best. Can't wait to book myself back in after the new year for new luxury hair x
