When I came to collect my items, I was helped by Mike to load my van, and then (unexpectedly) reimbursed for the weeks I was no longer requiring.



Such a lovely, friendly company who go above & beyond for their customers.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Only positive experiences from my time with Flexistore. We moved all our possessions from abroad with another storage provider and had some not so nice experiences so switched to Flexistore, difference was night and day. Thanks Mike & Flexistore Team.

As a student from abroad without any prior experience with storing companies I found the whole process extremely easy and completely hassle free. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to any need/question I may have had. An overall great value for money.

Fantastic service, really good value for money. Customer service was fantastic, always keeping me up to date on payment, drop off, uplift and easy instructions for storing/locking up trailer. Only an email away and flexible with drop off date. Would certainly use again. Thanks.
