Floatarium Day Spa

Had a Dermalogica facial here. Sadly the beautician or therapist or whatever you call them didn't ask me any questions and obviously used something super strong on my skin and as a result the following day my face swelled up, my skin got all red and rough and tights and sore for days after! I went to a dermatologist who prescribed me a hydro cortisone cream to fix it. I was only here on holiday so no time to go back, however emailed them with my complaint and they apologised but that was it. Poor show.

Waited 40 minutes for an appointment to then be told they couldn't do my nails as they didn't have time, super unhelpful.

Love the floatarium but I go to have my nails done. Team are so attentive, really look after me and my nails always look great. They also offer a great value service. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you. Lynda

Gemma did a great job if mmy brows and is a lovely lass! Would recommend getting a treatment here if you are looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

I've been using the flotation tanks here for a few years now and would very much recommend it. Great service, good facilities, deeply relaxing :)

Felt relaxed after my infra-red sauna & float.

I've been getting deep tissue massages for years both in the UK and the US and never have I had one as effective as the one I had today with Shannon at Edinburgh Floatarium. My muscles feel much less tight and I feel 100% better than I did before coming in. She really focused on my problem areas - would definitely recommend!

Not the cleanest and pods / tank old and rusty. Couldn't get hot water from shower afterwards and therefore went home covered in salt.

Just won best salon in South East Scotland and deservedly so. Very friendly staff that give a lovely relaxed feel. One of the few places in Scotland with floatation tanks (sensory deprivation) that give 3 immediate benefits: relaxed mind, de-stressed body (especially neck and shoulders), and very soft skin (thanks to the salt water). Great price for an amazing experience in an excellent salon.
