Floors Castle International Horse Trials will take place in the parklands of Floors Castle, Kelso in the Scottish Borders. Hosting BE90 - CIC** classes as well as BYEH, ROR and Arena Eventing. It's a cold dark Sunday so with Monday looming round the corner we thought we'd share these pictures taken at Floors that might make you smile.

Floors Castle International Horse Trials will run from 10 - 12 May 2019 in the glorious parkland of Floors Castle in the Scottish Borders.
Eventing classes from BE90 - CCI- S3*.
There will also be BYEH, ROR, NSEA classes and arena eventing.

Very belated congratulations to local rider Amy Brown and her horse Kasilia who won the ROR racing to hunting challenge at Aintree Racecourse last month. Amy took part in a number of the thoroughbred classes at Floors Castle Horse Trials this year so it is brilliant to see them go on and take such a notable title.
We will be running more thoroughbred / ROR style classes in 2019 - stay tuned for more details!

Huge congratulations to one of our awesome volunteers, Duncan McFadyen, who has received the Scottish Youth Volunteer of the Year award at the Scottish BE awards at Airth Castle Hotel & Spa. Duncan has helped in one way or another for a number of years and during our 2018 event was assistant arena manager; helping to build courses, manage the arena party and stewarding international classes. He’s a lovely, dedicated young man and we are so proud to have him as part of the team. #FloorsHT

Floors Castle International Horse Trials were delighted to once again be a qualifying venue for National Schools Equestrian Association Championships which recently took place at Keysoe. For the fourth year running, local teams and individuals who qualified at Floors Castle Horse Trials went on to win a number of titles making it a record breaking year at the Championships.
