I go to Flowerscene on a regular basis . It's an aladdins cave of stuff . Staff very helpful . Was it this morning didnt have what I was looking but Joanne phoned the appropriate supplier and my order will be in store next week. Thank you guys. Will definitely be back.

Products are fine but customer service, or should I say lack of, is disgusting. The man Michael serving us yesterday, slammed down a stock book and huffed at having to serve me. I called today to speak to the manager to be told by the same person that he was on holiday and the phone was then slammed down. I won't be back, nor will I urge others to shop there!!!!!
