Fly High Pole Fitness Description
If you are looking for a fun but effective way to exercise, this is the class for you. Pole Fitness is a strenuous exercise where you perform gymnastic like moves around a pole, using all muscle groups for a full body workout. There is no upper age limit or minimum fitness level required, it is a sport for absolutely all shapes and sizes, and I like to welcome a varied mix of people to my classes! Everyone will be free to learn at their own pace in a safe and friendly environment, but I will always be on hand when you need a little motivation to help you progress further and achieve maximum results. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 9 people per session, allowing me to be more hands on with all students.
