Putting on size through a 'dirty bulk' is a waste of time.
All you are doing is adding fat to your frame and encouraging water retention in the muscle. This gives the illusion of muscle mass.
Eating a lot of healthy food in a calorie surplus will encourage the growth of lean muscle tissue. It will take a bit longer but patience is the name of the game.

Fraser is an excellent personal trainer who goes above and beyond what I would traditionally expect. He doesn't just focus on lifting more weights and making you work harder to reach you're goal, he emphasises on movement and mobility making sure you're body gets what it needs in order to achieve your goal. He is always just a text away if you need any advice on nutrition etc. Could not recommend him enough.
