Food Sharing Edinburgh

Food Sharing Edinburgh is a community of people aiming to reduce food waste by sharing excess food. We are part of SHRUB Coop.

We aim to reduce food waste by facilitating the sharing of edible excess food.

Are you going away and have too much food to finish yourself? Did you have friends over and cook too much? Individuals can share their excess food on our facebook group and anyone who could eat it can comment and claim the food! ->

We also have a network of volunteers who collect edible waste food from cafes, restauraunts and shops across Edinburgh. Email foodsharing@shrubcoop.org to get involved!
