Worst customer service ever!

I received a pair of shoes as a gift for Christmas but weren’t suitable so I went on the 26th to change it because the next day I have to leave Edinburgh for 2 months.

I asked if was possible exchange the items but they say that just because they were too busy they can’t do it.

I sent an email to their customer service and instead to apologise they pretend to do the exchange during my holiday!

How you can be so irrational to think the I take my items with me?



They don’t want do the exchange because the items on the 26th were on sale, but no one signs was exposed in the shop the previous days and no one told to my boyfriend the day that I bought the items.

The was an handwritten sign in the door only on 26th “ no exchange or refund”

How you can adopt this commercial behaviour in a touristic city as Edinburgh?

So it's 18:48 and I'm standing in front of the shop and it's closed! Staff is laughing at me... Opening time is till 19:00! Please someone tell me how is this possible ???
