Just had an assessment from Alastair and I've learned loads. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend the "Runners MOT" if you take your running seriously this is a must. A very thorough MOT with lots of really good advice and has given me some answers to ongoing Glutes problem...thank-you so much...and yes have done my homework

I visited the clinic last year and was very happy with the service and advice I received. I would highly recommend them.

I visited Alistair with heel pain which he quickly diagnosed as plantar fasciitis. He gave me insoles for my shoes and exercises to do. He also advised me on which shoes to wear and what to look for when buying shoes and sandals. He went through all the activities I do and advised me which I should cut down on. The result is my heel pain is much improved so thank you Alistair for the excellent care.

I visited Alistair at his Perth Clinic last year with plantar fasciitis..His advice and treatment has meant that I have been relatively pain free since.When I have a wee flare up,I go back to my orthotics and rest my foot.Highly recommend this clinic.

I visited Alastair at the Perth clinic, having suffered from pain in my foot since last December. Alastair recommended a support for my running trainers and the difference is fantastic. I ran a 10k on Sunday and have had no pain in my foot. Alastair also recommended a number of exercises to strengthen muscles and this has proven to be invaluable too. An excellent service from a great guy. Highly recommended

I visited Alastair about a month ago for a consultation regarding heel pain I was experiencing. I was given a thorough assessment and plantar fasciitis was diagnosed. Insoles, manipulation and exercises provided by Alastair have already started to alleviate the problem which was really curtailing my exercise regime. I am very grateful to him for his help and would recommend Tayside Podiatry to anyone else who is experiencing similar problems to me.

While suffering from very painful plantar faciitis in both feet I was concerned about maintaining work levels for my busy business, and after a caring, professional, efficient and informative appointment and follow up visit or two, I am on the road to getting back to full days of work and the odd short leisure walk on top!
