Staff always friendly and helpful. Never had any issues and I send post from here very regularly.

Rubbish post office with rubbish staffs. Send parcel like 5 times, 3 lost, 2 delays. Meaningless! Don't send parcels there! It's like a curse.

Super unfriendly staff, try and crack a smile it you're working in customer service lads. It's the nearest post office to me by far but I'll be making the trip to the tollcross post office as their service is actually friendly and they have cellotape, pens everything on hand to help you with your parcel if you need it. Here they'll make you buy a round of tape if you have to tightly close your parcel. Wouldn't come back to buy a stick of gum let alone send my post

Arrogant and unfriendly staff, avoid at all means. Very nosey about the contents of the package trying to sell the most expensive option. On one occasion, the clerk made fun of me in front of other customers. The manager attempted to be polite when I asked for a complaint form.

Helpful staff, convenient location, they have all you need when you need to send something in a rush.
