I had a problem with my key not turning to lock/open my back door 11 days before Xmas!!! I called Fort Knox Locks & left a message for David Dredge from East Kilbride to call me back. David returned my call within minutes. He was very helpful & arranged to come out at a time suitable for me. David arrived at the time agreed. He was very pleasant & explained clearly what the issue was & the 2 options that were available & explained the pros & cons. There was no pressure in what option to go for. David replaced my lock within minutes, provided me with 5 keys, gave me a peace of mind & a very professional service. The cost was a fraction of the price compared to another local company who were going to charge between £70-£100 just for a call out charge! I got a new lock & 5 keys for £60 : ) I would highly recommend Fort Knox Locks : )

saved the day!! Key broken in garage lock #(daft me) . This company came within a few hours of contact and broken bit removed and garage able to be made secure again. Brilliant -Well done guys.

My key snapped in my lock and i was stuck inside my house. Fort knox locks arrived and within an hour and a half had my door unlocked and fitted with an all new lock. The job itself turned out to be a difficult one but was completed the highest of standards! Thanks again.
