Forth Valley Kettlebells is a local, friendly club open to all who are keen to learn our unique form of training using the ultimate fitness tool, the Kettlebell.

We train regularly as a group and our members have all experienced noticeable increases in strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility and fat-loss in very short periods of time.

In addition to training for overall fitness, health and well-being, we also train for Kettlebell Sport and arrange workshops, events and social occasions.
