Quick delivery, the food is excellent and very good value for money.

45-60 minutes expected delivery. This was extended by 30 minutes. The 30 minutes passed so i called the restaurant and they said it would be another 20-25 minutes. Very dissatisfied and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. That disappointed about this i have written a review before the food has arrived as i dont have any confidence on the quality.

I am in Carron previously Grangemouth and have to use Four Seasons because nothing else compares, pretty much always fast delivery and they use real chicken, not the rubber stuff injected with vast ammount of water the majority use.

I have been ordering from these guys for a while and have always enjoyed the food, I recently ordered a simple chicken balls and chips. After waiting over an hour for the delivery I phoned to ask where my meal was and informed it was out for delivery,after another 30 mind my food arrived. The delivery person along delivery said "wow you have been waiting a while",yeah you could say that and if that had been the only thing wrong get that night I would have been OK but unfortunately the chicken balls were under cooked and the batter was soggy to the point it was falling off the chicken and as this dish has batter put on when the chicken is raw I was not convinced it was even cooked properly. This is all very unfortunate as I really liked the food from here but have lost confidence, I hope it is just a case that they were very busy and something got overlooked at a very busy time.

Be aware "no 1 taste" has to resort to leaving fake 1 star reviews everywhere
