Fouters Group

Fouters Group is a youth development program that also heavily invests in small hospitality businesses throughout development Ayrshire. Fouters Group was designed to plug the gap in Ayrshires hospitality trade for a training and recruitment programme that will reduce youth unemployment in the area by offering training and support to our youth over a 4 week voluntary period giving them the skills and knowledge required to successfully gain employment within the hospitality trade. It is the product of 17 years within the hospitality trade and a further 3 years of research and communication with government bodies, hospitality businesses and individuals to ensure the programme is not only double barrelled but also sits well with government policies
