In this role, you will assist the Manager in effectively controlling, co-ordinating and planning the unit activities in line with Company standards. You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service and value for money to achieve budgeted financial targets.... Other responsibilities will include helping to lead, motivate and develop the team. This is a hands-on management role, where you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the operation, including taking and serving drink orders and ensuring the team deliver excellent service to every guest. Ideally, you will have previous experience as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a fast-paced bar / food and beverage environment.
