Massage is a totally safe and complementary treatment (it does not replace medical treatment) but there are some physical conditions which could be contra-indicatory to massage. If you are being treated by a GP for anything please let me know in advance.

Please be aware that in most cases oils and balms will be used on various areas of the body, therefore it is recommended that you wear suitable clothing to reduce risk of damaging your clothing /underwear.

If having a full body massage or Indian head massage, it is advised that you do not wear makeup and if you have long hair, tie it back loosely.

If you are late for your appointment I will always make every effort to accommodate you, however your treatment time will be decreased so that the next client will be able to start on time. Unfortunately you will be charged for the service you were booked for originally. Please arrive early to insure that you receive the full service you requested.

Cancellation policy requires you to let me know (even by leaving a voicemail if after business hours) at least 24-hours in advance, except in cases of emergency (at my discretion). If I am not given 24-hours notice, I will charge the full price of the treatment booked.
