Wings and a barbecue burger for 10 bangers spot on kids loved it to, staff had top banter aswell, plus learned how to speak fluent Italian in the bog�

We had an exceptional great waitress most helpful

Gave us a lot of useful information, our food was lovely especially the waffles yummy xx

Service was good, food was good, price was good (40% off mains), nice lunch and pud

Really enjoyed our visit to Falkirk F&b tonight . The meal was beautiful and our waitress Michele was really lovely and friendly . Advised us on some places to visit. Totally recommend this place. It was very busy tonight , but we didn’t wait long for our food and it was beautiful x go check it out x

Popped into F&B yesterday with my granddaughter for lunch. Halfway through my lunch I realised I hadn't lifted my purse with bank card in it. Totally embarrassed I spoke to Kareem "manager" and he told me to enjoy my meal and I would be able to get a relative to switch payment over the phone. Once finished I went over to pay via phone. Kareem told me not to worry they would see to it. I returned today and paid my bill. I can't thank Kareem enough for making light off this situation. I really was panicking. Just goes to show that there are decent people in this world..many thanks. ��

Just want to say a big thank you for a lovely lunch today with my daughters, the waiter who served us was fantastic and another member of staff noticed my daughter was carrying a mike from monsters inc and he did impressions of characters for us my girls were totally over the moon, all our food was delicious and served in minutes. I hope the waiter who my girls are smitten by reads this review. We will certainly be back

Had a great meal out tonight, our waiter John Paul could not have been any nicer us and our one year old daughter. He made her laugh and decorated a balloon for her with her name and flowers. Absolute gem of a man, you should be so proud of your staff, food was delicious

Great food, super friendly staff and a special mention to possibly one of the best waiters ever: Johnpaul Mowatt! Left us all with a huge smile on our faces and made me want to come back for the service and entertainment provided �����

Food was good but really cannot fault the service. John Paul was superb made the kids feel special and just added a little something extra to our visit. Thank you.

Brilliant service this morning at breakfast, quick service, staff very attentive and polite and food was delicious. Will definely be back!

Love going to F+B's. Great food as always and good service. Not sure about the food being served in a camping tin! Also, what happened to the music?? Beyonce does not belong here! Lol. The music has always been a big appeal for my family. Please put it back the way it was! :)

Was in today for a catch up with friends and as soon as we sat down we noticed there was really cold air coming from the air con. We asked the waitress if it could be turned off and when our food arrived it made our food go cold really quickly. We asked to see the General Manager and told it was not an enjoyable meal as we were all freezing. He was not very sympathetic! Won’t be back!

I have not been in 4 a while but it was just terrible. My husband had a steak and 75% grissle and fat. When spoke to the waiter he said he was sorry but you expect fat on a steak. Is having a joke. The sauce was cold and tasteless potatoes. I had watery spaghetti and sauce with cremated breaded chicken. It was all barely warm. They had the audacity to charge full money. I beg you never to go there. Expensive crap.

was in falkirk frankies tonight with my bestie after having been at spa evening at bannatynes 4 besties birthday. we were the only 2 people dining. both of us ordered steak, cooked medium. m8s was ok but i had to send mine back twice as on both occasions it was cooked well. staff member actually said that the steak was thicker at 1 side hence overcooked. if this was the case then the piece of steak i cut into wouldve been raw looking. the waiter couldnt have been any nicer, poor guy was actually embarrassed at having to send a steak back twice & even the waitor knew how to cook a steak & he doesnt even eat steak. didnt pay 4 my steak which i wouldnt have anyway. poor show given the fact that it was empty apart from myself & bestie

We went for dinner at the falkirk restaurant last night and the service was shocking again, we been a few times and it's got worse every time, food was cold when I eventually arrived, we did wait a hour though.

We went for an early father's day dinner, won't be back.

I have to say the food was sub-standard! However the waitress was extremely pleasant and accommodating! When you’re competing with so many restaurants with great deals you really need the food to be tasty and good value for money and this place was neither!

Food was terrible,ordered ribs and hardly any meat on them, took ages to get served

Won’t be back

Dreadful food. Very slow service. There are far better places to spend your hard earned cash than here.
