Good prices and good service from staff. Good place for woman drivers to go for mot test cos they don't take the miky.

First time using Frank's, was so impressed. Council had failed my picanto's mot so took it here to have repairs done. Frank and Joyce absolutely bent over backwards to help me out, and went to a lot of trouble other garages certainly wouldn't have. Much much cheaper than I anticipated too. Will be using this garage from now on, even though I live 30 minutes away!

1st visit today for tyres on recommendation of a friend. Friendly staff, speedy job, reasonable price, what more could you ask,. Thank you, I will be back!

Consistently not impressed with Frank's. Not sure if these other reviews are bogus or not but I definitely haven't had a 5 star experience with them. Everytime I go in, some other problem seems to appear. Replacing a puncture and a couple second hand front wheels resulted in a few more trips back after finding out that one of the wheels had a slash in it, then when I got my old one put back, I found out a day later they actually put my punctured one back on.

I paid them to supply and fit new air con parts including 2 pipes and a condenser. I presume they had to take out the radiator to work on that. When I got the car back home I noticed a lot of coolant was leaking out of the bottom of the radiator (and the tank was filled past full) so I had the radiator replaced.

Then, today was my turning point. I asked why my radiator had leaked so much right after it had been in their garage. Frank had the old radiator on show for me to show me how hard their job is. He ignored my question and asked me if I wanted my old radiator put back. I said no of course not but I wanted the answer to my question so I asked again. To which this time he turns around and walks out the door with my car key in hand and towards my car exclaiming that he's just gonna put my car on the ramp and replace it with the old one back again. I shouted his name 3 times until he finally turned around and agreed to give me my key and invoice.

Who else can I report this to??

Absolutely mortified thought Frank was honest but in experience not. Mot car last year and have just done botch up jobs as I have just been told by an Honest garage. Could not even put the correct size tyre on but still passed mot. Also new sills not just shocking all the work he had done was botch jobs but still took the money. Also his Mot testers can not be doing there job to the correct specification. Maybe nice man but ripping people off. Why the name Fast Frank!!!!

Great garage. Drop it off in the morning and they'll get around to your car asap. Yes your car can wait for a day or so, but they're reasonably priced and they'll do their best to get the best deal on parts

Well Frank is so helpful and his sister too Joyce. Never had any problems with the garage in all the years he has been open.

Can't fault them on quality or price. Worth the trip.

Always expect my MOT to be double what I budget for it but at Franks its nowhere near this. If you are looking for a genuine company look no further this company won't charge you a penny more than they need to! Been using them for a couple of years now and never been disappointed.......

Great place have used for years wouldn't use anyone else friendly staff always willing to help great prices fast repairs and frank himself he's a great guy always laughing & joking couldn't get a nicer guy
