Spent £1300.00 on a watch which does not tell the right time and need to take it off every month and put it back 5 to 7 min which is a laugh. No one can give me an answer and the staff should have told me about this before i spent all that money on a watch and ma wife £1500.00 watch fell apart just months after getting it. please use other shops DO NOT GO IN THERE!!!!!! now her clips does not stay closed and that cost £1500.00 SHOCKING

However haveing paid for an eternity ring for a special birthday gift for my wife was advised it could take 12 weeks to arrive but advised it wont.
Three weeks to the day nothing. Store phone engaged for the last 30 min gave up.
Fraser Hart not the store your letting your customers down. I paid in advance sorely dissapointed my wife's special birthday gift has not arrived.

Update. The lovely Tracy called me after i called head office. Supply problem causeing another three weeks wait. F.H sort out your suppliers their letting you down

Lovely assistance and a pleasure to deal with having received not so good service at other high street jewellers when looking for wedding rings.. traci was amazing very friendly and professional.. even got us a cup of coffee..the level of service makes all the difference especially wen spending a large amount of money.. i feel like I should write a review as working in retail environment myself I know how quickly people are to complain..
