🔨 New build property recently completed in New Gilston 🔨
All work was fully insured and come with a 10 year guarantee👌🏻
🔨 Roof was felted and counter battened from joiners prior to work commencing.
... 🔨 Roof was battened using a quality treated 25mm x 50mm tile batten using 75mm Nail gun Nails.
🔨 All valleys had a maintenance free G.R.P valley system installed.
🔨 Roof was then marked out to Redland Specification.
🔨 Roof was then loaded with the Redland mini-Stonewold tile (charcoal in colour to customers preference).
🔨 Roof was then Tiled and Ridged to the highest quality standard! Nailing every tile. All perimeter tiles were also nailed and clipped.
🔨 All valleys were cut in situ to ensure all valley cuts were straight and all cuts we C-clipped to prevent any movement.
🔨 Vents were installed due to the roof structure having O.S.B sheeting and a non-breathable membrane, this is to prevent any condensation arising in the loft space.

Full strip and re-slate using cupa pizarras slate, all double nailed using 50mm copper nails to prevent corrosion and nail sickness. Re-felted using the highest quality of breathable membrane available. Stripped off old facia and soffit board and replaced with maintenance free OG facia and soffit board, Replaced old cast iron gutters with new maintenance free black deep flow guttering. Replaced all lead work to sur...rounding of chimney and valley areas. Extended flat roof dormer and finished in code 6 lead. All work carried out to the highest standards. All trades covered.

Full works done to back elevation of property.
*Stripped off old nail sick slates and replaced with a top quality Redland mini stone wold tile.
*Replaced velux window with new modern centre pivot one.
... *Re- built old wall head, due to crumbling and the age of existing and built a small chimney at bottom of wall head as it was completely closed off and was causing condensation internally. Vented it with a nice terracotta chimney pot and an elephants foot on top to let air circulate.
* Replaced old cement skews up sides of dormer with new lead and also replaced valleys with GRP.
*Tiled dormer to match new tiled roof and used a maintenance free ambi verge up the sides to tie in with the maintenance free dry ridge system.
* Replaced old zinc flat roof area with a new rubber EPDM membrane( 50year manufacturing guarantee) this was also insulated using 2l2 insulation and 50mm kingspan. Then boarded with an 18mm ply board to ensure life expectancy.
*All work fully insured and guarantee.

2 full strip and re-tiles carried out in Kirkcaldy over the last few weeks👌🏻
Stripped off everything down to the rafters, re-sheeted using 11mm sterling board.
All new rosewood facias and vented soffit ... board.
Roof strapped using 25mmx50mm treated tile batten.
Re-tiled to the highest standard using a nice Redland grovebury terracotta tile.
All finished with maintained free verge and ridge system.

Every days a school day!
Now fully qualified in single ply membrane, Flat Roofing 👌🏻

Work carried out last week from the boys at Fraser Roofing.
Old rosemary plain tiles stripped off down to sarkin, and replace with a nice terracotta Redland Renown tile. Old cast iron gutters replaced with new maintenance free deepflow Brown guttering. Lead work also replaced to surrounding of chimney.

Would definitely recommend Fraser roofing! Had a few bits of work done on the roof from them, repaired both skews after another local roofing company attempted to patch it up leading me to believe it was fully repaired, when Fraser roofing checked a few weeks later there was still a huge hole in the roof� wouldn't go to anyone else or trust anyone else after that! Great work at great prices��

We discussed what maintenance we needed (and there was a lot), received a quote and agreed a date for the work to be carried out.

Arrived exactly on first agreed time, work carried out without any problems and would certainly use them again.

I can't recommend Neal from Fraser Roofing highly enough. A very competitive quote for replacing faulty ridge tiles and unsatisfactory guttering in the house we bought just over a year ago and then all the work completed (apart from some additional problems identified during the works which will be done soon) in super-quick time, very clean and tidy and all rubbish removed from site as well. If you have any roofing work which needs doing then you can't do better.

Had the guys round today to repair guttering, some crack filling and clean out the gutters. Turned up on time, left no mess and excellent job. Well pleased! Cheers again lads! �
