We have stayed a few times at the Edinburgh suites and every time it's amazing !! But we stayed with them in February for our wedding and they were amazing !!! All staff couldn't do enough for us and it made our wedding prep so easy . Thank you so much xx

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. Great central location...about 15 mins walk from Edinburgh Waverley station which is handy. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which has a separate living area with kitchenette and bedroom which is lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice relaxing holiday in Edinburgh

The thing that made it was the staff. I was a snow refugee in Edinburgh and they couldn't be more helpful. Even more so when the heating wasn't working in my room. They were able to move me into a toasty room. They were so apologetic when they couldn't give us breakfast as they had run out of food. Those poor girls had been stuck in there themselves for 3 days. They were fantastic!

The only place we will ever stay when visiting the city. EVERY time staff have been friendly, efficient and go above and beyond to make our stay special..rooms are immaculate and make the stay feel luxurious.

Parking was right out front, the building is lovely from the outside and easy to find. Inside....it is very clean, friendly lady at the welcome counter....who was very helpful and prompt to enquire what I required. I was there for an appointment and was attended to very quickly.

I visited the loo while I was waiting fir my appointment....wowwww......it was gorgeous! Clean....bright...airy..with a huge mirror. Lots of room too.

While waiting for my appointment there was a choice of available chairs to relax on. Something for everyone.

I didn't stay overnight in a room but the room I did go in...was very clean..very light....not too sunny...a tray for tea and coffee too. It was lovely. I would certainly recommend the Fraser suites and would definitely book in there. You would have no problems that couldn't be sorted am sure.

Every member of staff acknowledged me and they were all very polite. A credit to the place. Well done.

Lovely 1 night stay, great location for walking to Royal Mile and festival theatre. Beautiful room with great views and attention to detail they have tbought of everything. The staff are very professional and helpful. Good continental breakfast with hot option to purchase not sure about about setting feels very cafelike which doesnt match the rooms.

I stayed there a week and enjoyed the serenity of my room after s hectic day of setting the sights all within walking distance. The service was great, the staff friendly and I will definitely return. I was born and raised in Edinburgh so wondered how it would be to stay in a Hotel in my home town. Felt right at home .

Fraser Suites are absolutely terrific!! Literally just off the Royal Mile by St Giles, they have fabulous apartments and to top it all, have now opened up Stocks, run by Robbie and a really great team, where they serve an excellent breakfast. Stocks is also open as a restaurant at night and is fast gaining a reputation. I thought the food was amongst the best I have enjoyed. They also have the small bar next door, terrific views across to the New Town and very cosy!!

For every visit to Edinburgh, we will surely book at Fraser Suites, especially if we are greeted by their amazing concierge, Kevin Johnston. From the moment we arrived, Kevin showcased a display of Superior Customer Service, the likes of which this group of world travelers has never seen before. Kevin made our stay truly memorable and should be held as the example of what every person should strive to attain: perfection at one’s profession. Any and every request was met with a personal touch and recommendation (usually Kevin would spring to the phone to make a call, reservation, etc. or even walk you out of the hotel and physically point you in the right direction of your destination). This trip, being the occasion of our wedding, we had quite a few requests. Traveling from our home in California to visit Scotland for the first time, we were understandably nervous about many a detail on our trip. Kevin put every concern to ease immediately. If there was a problem, Kevin was there to fix it, and he did. He even offered his personal mobile number at checkout just to ensure the rest of our trip (wedding included) went off without a hitch. I am glad to say we did use him mobile and now two weeks after our nuptials (and back home) we are still in contact with him for last minute details, recommendations, and gratitude. Again, one cannot say enough about this young man who will undoubtably be a major success no matter what his endeavor. Highly recommend Fraser Suites while staying in Edinburgh. It is a perfect location. Quite. Comfy. Cozy. Upon our return to Scotland, we will gladly book here again, but only if Kevin Johnston is our man at the concierge stand. Thank you, Kevin. You made our experience truly unforgettable.

Excellent!! We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The staff are fantastic, happy, helpful and polite. Always on hand to help and do their best. Kevin is fantastic. Spotless clean room with comfy beds and beautiful scenery, perfect scenery. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We love staying at Fraser suites. It ticks all the boxes in terms of location (walking distance to city, transport, supermarkets, tour companies and the Roysl mile). Rooms are spacious, clean with nice 'kitchenette' and microwave. Small complaint: its very cold this summer and really more like winter and we cannot heat our room at night. Heating for hotel is switched off for summer which clearly has not arrived yet. Not a requirement for all guests, but we really find it too chilly. Other than that, excellent!

Location is fantastic. Our suite was a great size & had a balcony with a view of the Observatory. The only negatives for me was that it was a bit noisy with what sounded like an extractor on all night & the bed was a bit hard

Was great location friendly staff, lovely room, breakfast wasn’t great for the price wee paid & also the maid walked in twice on use getting ready was not happy about that whatsoever!!

The room...could have been nice, but’s it’s tired and in need of a makeover. The cleaning staff are taking heaps of shortcuts and not cleaning the room properly. Disappointing

Disappointed with a room (junior suite) below street level so felt like we were in a basement with no natural light. And frustrated with the security policy which meant I arrived 2 hours before my wife but wasn’t allowed to check in. Fortunately managed to get hold of her on the train. Positives - great location, but stayed in places just as good in Edinburgh for less money. We left a bit underwhelmed.
