Very clean, warm, huge apartment. Toaster, microwave, pots and pans, kettle. Everything you need for a stay in here. Friendly staff also. Would highly recommend this place.

Very central hotel. Rooms are huge and spotless. They have kitchen and sitting room area. 2nd time here and would come back. Only annoying thing was someone emptying loads of glass bottles out a 08.30 in the morning.

This place knows customer service. I slipped and sprained my ankle really badly in the shower and the young man brought me ice for it. He also checked up on me and brought me more shortbread cookies and raspberry peach tea. As an American, I am not used to this kind of customer service. You don't get to enjoy the goodies left in the room here in the states. You have to pay for everything you eat or move out of place. The cookies, tea, coffee and water was all complementary (I had to ask since I'm not used to it). They have movie selections that are awesome. Located close to walking places and a Tim Hortons! I would give this place 6 starts if I could!





Any chance you can mail me some of that tea?? I can't find it anywhere in the USA �

Thank you so much for our lovely stay last night after I won a free night from one of your competitions (",) The service was fantastic! For example - We went out last night and the man at the desk offered us an umbrella to use which was much appreciated especially as I have a wrist cast on just now which can't get wet. The apartment itself was brilliant! Bed was super comfy, loved the balcony, great wifi signal & the water, wine & cans of irn bru in fridge was a lovely touch! Boys were pleased with the crisps, nuts & shortbread aswell! Loving the 'Handy' idea. We didn't use it ourselves but what a fab idea for visitors to our city. The continental breakfast was great this morning. Would highly recommend these suites and will definitely be looking out for them in other cities! Much better than a standard hotel room. A wee 'home from home'. The only negative thing I would say is..even though we were on 4th floor..I was woken up by drunken rabble at about 3am ( right above the very popular Maggie Mays ) but this isn't the hotels fault. Thanks again! Jen xxx

Spacious, spotless, well equipped and everything you need is provided , friendly helpful staff. We had a fab stay as 1st timers but will definitely be staying here again . Car parking next door and everything on your doorstep for a great day/night out.

Rooms spotless! Bed comfortable, great price and fab location! nothing bad to report! Just very noisy early in the morning which woke us up but no big deal! Will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay! The rooms were well equipped and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was really ideal. It could be a bit noisy outside, but that's to b expected in such an area... my only issue was with the laundry facilities in the basement, as it took a terribly long time to wash a load of clothes... it could have easily been user error, and certainly not worth subtracting a star. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Apartment suite was great and very spacious shower was amazing all staff very attentive and polite only downfall was noise from outside other as windows so thin other than that fantastic

Absolutely 10/10 have nothing bad to say. Customer service was amazing friendly staff and very assisting. Room was perfect , bed so comfortable, even down to having a decent hairdryer made the stay so much more enjoyable and hassle free. Would recommend to anybody as it’s so comfortable and so close to shops and supermarkets. Thank you!!

1st time staying here, apartments were great, was very impressed and really liked it. The staff were very friendly & helpful and you really couldn't ask for a better location.

Proper home from home - comfy beds, great facilities and the staff are very friendly! Only set backs are the noise from the streets/bars and the decor could do with being updated. Other than that, love the location and cost was very competitive.

This is not first time we stayed so was looking forward to it. However after checking in we headed to our room or so we thought how ever we attempted to put our key in door was not working. So all the way back down again to be then told the guy had written the wrong room number down. He apologised. Room was OK. But we had no view room was dark as had only skylight for Windows. Open the fridge to discover a small bottle of water well I think that's what it was. Never touched it. The glass table had dust on it. Clearly hadn't been cleaned. So bit disappointed with our stay this time.

The noise was phenomenal, thumping karaoke music and people doing impressions of screeching cats, stopped by midnight so if you are going out and about you might not notice it. But if you are here for work and want sleep this is not the place to stay. I won't be staying again.

Great area and convenient for me (business trip 5 nts). First time here.

Friendly staff at check-in. Got a disabled access room... Proper bath(?), decent enough shower. Nice soaps etc (although not replenished day 2), very low (and small) sink. 1 v big room - comfy bed. Sofa, tv (too small though for size of room), little kitchenette with all you need. No dining table... It has a 'handy' - free use of a mobile phone (nice idea but didn't use it). View from the window of a multi-story car park.

Executive suite - I don't think so. (This room) Needs up-grading.

I would consider returning - but there are other options in this city.

These apartments are ok, that's all I can really say, the customer service was lovely, but the actual apartments level of cleanliness was terrible , the knifes were dirty and had rice on them , clearly been used and not cleaned, there was nut shells on the carpet, the microwave had food in it (again not been cleaned) the carpet was thick with dusk behind the door, and next to the phone was thick with dust! I frequently stay in Glasgow and these were the most dirty place I've stayed , the glass table had finger prints on it, and the bed had a long dark hair on it which was definitely not mine or my partners.

Staff seem friendly enough. Not too bad a place, only stayed one night but no hand soap, no tissues, had to remake the bed as wasn't made properly underneath plus didn't sleep a wink due to the noise from the street, people coming out of bars at all hours. Finally went quiet for an hour or so then the bloody lorries and cars started. Windows were fully closed too. Like most humans, I need my sleep, I have had hardly any sleep (which kinda put a downer on the last day of our hols). I know its not noise from the apartment but the main purpose of an apartment is to sleep and sleep we did not.�
