Just a message regarding times etc, we cant give exact times unfortunatley for what times bins wil be emptied. We start at 7am and finish at 7.30pm sometimes later and the system we have takes us to whoevers closest first so we arent passing houses, we know it doesnt suit everyone to sit and wait to pay however thats why we offer bank transfer where you can leave the bins out, go out and they will be emptied without you having to stay in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What services do you offer? We can empty your general waste bins the weeks inbetween the council so essentially you are receiving a weekly uplift between us. We also offer one off uplifts and clearance jobs. We can also take loose binbags for a small fee.
2. Do you clean the bins? No
... 3. What time will my bin be emptied? It will be emptied on the agreed day between 7am and 7.30pm.
4. Is there set days for different areas? Yes each area has a set day and week when we uplift.
5. Where do I need to leave my bin? Please leave your bin out by 7am in the same way as you usually do for the council. Please make it easily accessible for collection and not causing any obstructions to others.
6. What cant go in my general waste bin? We will not collect construction waste (Bricks, Metal,Rubble, Plaster, Ceramic, Cement, Plasterboard, Sand and Soil).We will not collect hazardous material (Asbestos, Sharps, Chemical Waste and Medical Waste).Please also ensure that not hot or combustible material is placed in the bin which may cause a fire.
7. Will you take extra bags left at the side of the bin or on top of it? No, the price we give is only for the bin to be emptied, any additional bags will be charged at £2 per bag
8. What happens if I forget to put the bin out? We want to empty your bin so please contact us on 07894731129 or 01698299840 and we will try to collect your bin as soon as possible.
9. Will you empty my blue recycling bin? We only collect general household waste but if your recycling bins are contaminated (if they contain waste that shouldn’t be in the recycling bin and if the council have refused to empty) then we can empty them for you. This gives you a new start to continue recycling properly.
10. How do I pay for the service? Payments must be paid on the day of collection either by cash or bank transfer.

Great friendly service, first collection today and the driver even returned the bin back next to the rest, instead of just leaving out on the pavement. All completed with a smile and a wave.
