Freckles-Designs Dog Coats

Taken back in March 2016 at Gartmorn Dam near Alloa, in Central Scotland this is still one of my favourite photos I've taken of a dog modelling my drying coats. Zoey was a perfect model and the setting was just perfect. This was taken after our Forth Valley Canicross group had canicrossed round the Dam - a perfect 5km loop - and I'm so lucky to have this less than 10 minutes drive from my house. Although its still a bit warm, canicross season will soon be upon us - and a Freckles Drying Coat is perfect for keeping your dog warm both before and after your run - and for drying them of course if they've had a post run swim! So make sure you're prepared for the start of the race season with a drying coat for your dog.

I have been asked quite a few times recently if my ThermLow Cooling Vests can washed in your washing machine and the simple answer is YES!
Your ThermLow cooling vest can be safely washed in a washing machine at 30 degrees with washing powder or liquid, but please do not use fabric conditioners or softeners. If washing with other items I would suggest popping it into a pillow case to protect it from zips/buttons and the like.
Your cooling vest will come out looking and smelling like new, and provide your dog with many more cool and refreshing years!

Drying coats are very much appreciated by humans and dogs after a fun wet walk in the hills. The dogs appreciate being dry and warm and the humans can drive home knowing that their dogs are not shivering from being wet and cold are instead all cosy and sleeping soundly.

These big guys love their ThermLow cooling vests - they're not too sure about the paddling pool though !

Hands up who's dogs like a bit of bog snorkelling? My boys Ruadhan and Alfie certainly do. I love seeing them having such fun on our walks and they know the routine now - we have a really good muddy walk, and then a quick hose down when we get home, and then on with their drying coats and a nice long sleep (well they get to sleep - it's back to the sewing machine for me!)

What a great photo of Bizzi, Ember and Flame in their ThermLow Cooling Vests. Simply soak the vests well before you set off and then top them up with water from a bottle or burn or stream to keep them cool. They certainly felt the benefit of them when climbing Dreish, a munro near Kirriemuir in Scotland. Well done guys!!
