In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing fast I seriously value this! I've managed to do all of my own accounts and tax returns for multiple businesses, I know where my business is financially and I am not an accountant. Hats off to you Freeagent!!

It's really easy to set up, records all my mileage and receipts, fills in my self assessment and pulls through all my bank feeds. Genius. Topped off my lovely friendly customer service. I now recommend it to all my clients

Love it! Best piece of software I own, and the accompanying app is very, very useful. I deal with my mileage, car park tickets, receipts right at the moment I get them. Receipts photographed and reconciled there and then in an instant, and not delayed till end of the month (or year!) like i used to.

Just want to acknowledge the consistent excellence of the FreeAgent Support Accountants. Exemplary customer service in terms of speed and thoroughness of response, and always very personable as well as professional. Monolithic service providers like BT should take a leaf out of your book! Loving the new "Insights" analytics, too - there is much entertainment as well as enlightenment in being able to see at a glance who my most egregious late payers are..! :)

I've recently swapped from using Xero to FreeAgent, but I do like FreeAgents layout much better and 3 system account I've just set up, is just perfect for letting me know exactly where my business is at, in it's profitability at a given notice, via the Phone App or on my Lap ����

I've been using Freeagent for just over a year and can't praise the program or the support highly enough, I've found it excellent ad very intuitive.

I used freeAgent after a recommendation from a friend and now it forms such a huge part of my company, I tried various other services previously but this is a Winner without a doubt.

I have been given access to this program via my business account (NatWest) and it has been absolutely fantastic! Im impressed.

FreeAgent has revolutionised my business. Sorting my accounts is now a pleasure to do and not something that is put off. I am saving time, getting paid quicker and able to use recurring invoices. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to save money and be more professional. I am also in the Beta development program and there are some really exciting UI changes coming :) Keep up the good work FreeAgent.

Does what it says on the tin. Any problems and it's delt with. Even when I'm on holiday in can check to see if my invoices have been paid. If not then I kindly reminder via email to pay. One of the best decisions I ever made to go with free agent.

As an accountant in practice I can not recommend FreeAgent enough. It is so user friendly for the client and it is fundamental to the growth of our business, particularly with Making Tax Digital just around the corner.

Absolutely the best software application on the market! I run my Ltd Co through it, it pretty gives me real time Tax, CORP. Tax and VAT liabilities balances as and when they fall due, by calculating it off the expenses and invoices I raise. So I know how much my liabilities are as and when they need to be paid. I cannot wait to start my bookkeeping business and run my clients through this site as it pretty much does everything for you.

I cannot wait to get the business setup!
