About Freeburn Fitness

This page will display my clientele's journey throughout my PT services. It will entail before and ongoing profiles as well as daily /weekly tips

Freeburn Fitness Description

Qualified and Specialise in obesity and weight management, diabetes and all other health conditions. I work hard to encourage behavioural change in order to see results and transformations.

Strength and conditioning programmes will be monitored with total breakdowns in nutrition and tailored for the individual.

Training sessions will include a variety of (free weights, resistance training, kettle-bells, boxing, circuits, and some cardio based sessions all of which will aim to boost confidence, improve fitness levels and improve weight management.

We are so excited to announce The Bunker Gym now has a new co-owner. From February onwards, Kris Steven will be owning/running the gym along with myself, Steven Freeburn.
If you have been in our gym before, you will likely recognise Kriss, as he was one of the Bunker’s first ever Personal Trainers and has been nothing but committed ever since.
It’s for this reason, i could not be more excited to undergo all the exciting changes coming to The Bunker in the near future, with K...riss as my partner.

Her aims were -
➡️ Reduce waistline... ➡️ lose weight
The past 6 months with Rachel have had there ups and downs like everyone can have, she will be the first to admit she could have trained more often or got things on track with food sooner or even just had more consistency, but thats life, she never gave up or chucked working with me or the gym so am proud of her for that reason more than any👏👌💪
She has been doing 1 PT training session a week with me on a Wednesday and going to Kayleigh Cassidy’s Glute lab on a Monday and strong on a Friday and this has been a big help in encouraging a better routine and her consistency and effort has improved so much over the last 6-8 weeks we could probz say the results are more from May until now. I should also add she has been using PH prep meals to make life easier for and giving her more variety with her food choices
✅ reduced waistline by 2 inches ✅ lost 13 pounds
I can’t wait to see what the next few months bring in terms of results for Rachel as I am confident she will achieve whatever she sets out to do 👌👌👌

Big well done over the past 2 months to Stuart McCulloch
Post wedding he has stuck into his training and upped his session frequency and balanced his food well to support his efforts in the gym.
He does everything to the book, tracks well and is showing great improvements in his ability to lift heavier weights with good form and injury free for someone who use to have difficulty with back pain ✅
... With a great mix of heavier lifting and less cardio he has managed to go from 19 stone 8 down to 18 stone 2. So an overall loss of 20pounds in 8 weeks. ✅
As you can see his waist reduction was significant and he dropped a total of 13cm, so that’s just over 5 inches from his waistline. ✅
Buzzing to see how much more you develop mate, keep up the excellent work😜✅💪

The past 18 months with David have been great to see how consistent he has been and committed to his training plans. He additionally stopped smoking and made better changes with his nutrition to support his goals and his results show how well he has progressed during his time working with me.
Before David started working with me he has an earlier picture showing how his weight management and lifestyle was a problem. He weighed 17 and a half stone then and lost 4 and a half stone before I even met him and now weighs a little over 12 stone 🔥🔥🔥
✅ Lost 6% bodyfat ✅ Increased lean muscle ✅ reduced waistline by 4 inches ✅ lost another 12 pounds
