Session planning at breakfast.... 🖊 . Should take 45mins if all the d/bells are available and I’m not faffing around! . It’s a good all round workout, mainly upper body but a few combos thrown in. Legs are my weakness - I get bored easily so need to keep those exercises interesting. ... . Use it for yourself and see how you get on. Heaviest dumbbells I’ll use will be 10’s (could change if I’m not struggling with them though). . Focus is correct form, full range, average speed and finishing the 40secs. No point going crazy heavy, doing half reps, hurting yourself or not finishing. 🤓 . Don’t take selfies half way through he sesh - time wasting pish. Before or after ✅😂 .
