Delighted with my recent service to best bike ever, originally bought there as well. My bike is running like new, great service and fast response. Thanks Freewheelin!

Took my bike for a quick puncture repair, the guy repairing it shows me the rim on my back wheel has worn from the brake pads. He then sells me a second had wheel and fits this. I then get home and inspect to find the "new" wheel also has significant ware on the rim. I took my previous wheel back but I am now concerned if I didn't ask for it back he would have played the same trick on the next person and sold my "worn out" wheel for a profit.

In Short: if you are using the service take extra care he doesn't scam you.

Took my bike here. Decent service and a competitive price.
