A new chapter for Stephanie
Today is officially Stephanie’s last day with Fresh and we couldn’t let her go without telling her how much we think of her. It's really strange not being able to do a big send-off but hopefully we will get the chance to get together after this lockdown is over.
Starting off working a Saturday job in Fresh Waterfront more than five years ago, Stephanie showed her dedication, skill and hard work ethic throughout that time working her way up the comp...any to deservedly being promoted to the position of Fresh Manager, and all this by the age of 21.
We all have so many great memories with an amazing colleague and friend and we want to thank you Stephanie for all the support and friendship you have given to each and every one of us.
We will greatly miss you as will all our lovely customers, but this is a new chapter for you and we wish you all the very best for the future. We absolutely know whatever you do, you will be a huge success!

Steven (CEO of Stepwell) shares a message about yesterday's announcement where we took the difficult decision, in line with Government Guidelines, to close Fresh Gourock and Fresh Oak Mall. He also clarifies that at this time there are no job losses with our contracted team members continuing to be paid.

It is with great sadness we have made the decision to close both Fresh Oak Mall and Fresh Gourock from tomorrow (Wednesday, 18 March) and for the foreseeable future.
This has been an extremely difficult decision for us to make. However, following the UK Government's announcement and subsequent guidance advising of significant changes in the way we are being asked to respond to the COVID-19 threat, we believe this is the correct action to take at the present time as we remain ...committed to the health and wellbeing of our teams and members of the public.
We very much value all of our customers and thank you for your continued support.
Please look after yourselves and each other.
