FRIGHT NIGHTS: CAMBRIDGESHIRE PETERBOROUGH MUSEUM GHOST HUNT Friday 20th July 2018
Hi People, a very active time was had on Friday Night at this wonderful museum.
... During the Glass Divination sessions in the Old Operating Theatre, one of the groups had contact with a Mr Thomas Cook and the other group managed to connect with a very chatty young girl. Both groups had great success with the Table Tipping in the Napoleon room.
The Equipment session had lots of trigger objects going off including Cat Balls, REM Pod, Ovilus and Spirit Box, The Name 'Peter' came through a few times which was the name of one of our guests.
The Vaults were a little quiet this time round during the medium session, However there were a few knocks on command and one of our female guests did get poked a few times.
During the free-time session, some of the guests had some remarkable results with the Egeley Wheel Trigger Object back up in the Old Operating Theatre.
Thanks to all our Guests for a great evenings investigation and thanks also to the staff at The Peterborough Museum for all their help.
Hope to see you all again soon. Fright Nights Cambs & East Anglia (Mark, Lynda & and our Medium Kevin)

Many of the original Georgian features can still be seen today, as can traces of its use as a hospital – The old operating theatre is set up with props to detail how it may have looked, but the original wall tiles and floor tiles still remain!

FRIGHT NIGHTS: CAMBRIDGESHIRE & EAST ANGLIA COLCHESTER WEEKEND NIGHT 2: Colchester Castle Park & Hollytrees Museum Saturday 2nd - 3rd June 2018
... Two Ghost Hunts in one night were going to be a challenge but handled admirably by our intrepid Paranormal Investigating Guests on Saturday!
At the Colchester Castle Park Museum we had some pretty amazing Glass Divination up in the Old Chapel, our guests first had contact with a male spirit of a Roman Soldier possibly going by the name of 'Mark or Marcus', and he told us about how he had died of a stomach illness. The atmosphere then changed and the Spirit of a little girl possibly 5 or 6 years old came through on the glass and she just seemed to enjoy moving the glass in circles, although she did stop the glass on command several times. She was dressed up in her pretty bridesmaid outfit just having fun.
During our Mediums session in the 'Seige Room' our Medium (Angela Mitchell) Picked up on a female Spirit in a large cloak on a white horse, who set off one of the trigger objects on command. Other presences were felt but the K2's remained very quiet.
At 11pm we moved across to the Hollytrees Museum where we started in one of the top bedrooms and our medium picked up on a solitary male Spirit who possibly suffered some form of mental illness, he liked his solitude and wasn't overly happy we were there. We then moved down into the dining room where Angela picked up on a family group, but the room had a very heavy atmosphere with guests feeling pressure on their chests and heads. It was not a happy room as one would expect for a dining room.
When we reached the ground floor, the Guests had another go at Glass Divination in the Morning Room and got in contact with another child Spirit who seemed to just move the glass backwards, forwards and in circles. This time we also had K2 activity underneath the table.
Later on, during their free time, some of the guests went back down to the Morning Room to do some more Glass Divination work and they were not disappointed, not only did they have some great communication but they had all the light trigger objects going off on command! Other guests had some very interesting words come through on the Ovilus.
Again a big thank you to all our guests, and staff at both the Castle Park and Hollytrees Museum, and well done to all those who survived through all three venues over the two nights! and we get to do it all again in November.....
Nice one People! Fright Nights C&EA (Mark, Lynda, Angela & Gemma)

FRIGHT NIGHTS: CAMBRIDGESHIRE & EAST ANGLIA COLCHESTER WEEKEND NIGHT 1: Colchester Town Hall Friday 1st - 2nd June 2018
... A busy night was had by our guests at The Town Hall in Colchester.
On the first walk around the Building with our Medium (Angela Mitchell) she picked up on a very official Spirit named Arthur, up on the balcony in the Council Chambers, either a John or James in one of the Mayoral Suites and a Posh Reluctant Spirit in the Deputy Mayors Office.
Guests had some good dowsing experiences using the Pendulums and Rods up in one of the bedrooms in the top floor Flat, but the main star of the night was a Spirit of a very young girl called 'Janet' who loved communicating through the K2's and other 'Light' trigger objects, setting them off on command.
Angela's Mediumship Skills were later confirmed about the young girl up in the Flats by the staff member later in the evening, stating many staff have heard Janet giggling when working up there!
A good Glass Divination session was had in one of the Decision Rooms when the guests managed to contact a male spirit who seem to take a bit of a disliking to one of our guests! (Sorry Steve, I'm sure it wasn't anything personal 😉)
A big thanks goes out to all our guests and the staff at the Colchester Town Hall for making us feel very welcome. Looking forward to our next visit in November.
Hope to see you all again soon. Fright Nights: C&EA (Mark, Lynda, Angela & Gemma)

FRIGHT NIGHTS: CAMBRIDGESHIRE & EAST ANGLIA 😈 - EVENT COMING SOON - 😈 😈 - TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE - 😈 SPECIAL OFFER OF £40 - TO SECURE THIS PRICE PLEASE EMAIL: office@frightnights.co.uk OR PHONE: ... 07852 998628 COLCHESTER TOWN HALL GHOSTHUNT - £40 Friday 1st - 2nd June 2018
We are now taking booking with Credit/Debit Cards by Phone
Colchester’s first Town Hall was built in 1160 and was called the Moot Hall. It was in the same location, meaning the site has been the focus of civic duties for over 800 years. The current Town Hall was built in 1898 in a Baroque Design. The 162ft Victorian tower was presented by industrialist James Paxman. At the top of the tower you can see the statue of the patron saint of Colchester, St Helena.
The rooms in the Town Hall are magnificent, in particular the council chambers, with gloriously painted ceilings detailing the months of the year and stained glass windows which depict the roman history of the Borough.
Not much is known about the history of the Town Hall, BUT, we DO know that paranormal activity is experienced here, in particular in the flats at the top of the building, which are no longer used (except by the cleaners who do laundry up there) During the site visit to the Town Hall, we learned of the strange occurrences, which left the staff nervous to go up to the flats!

FRIGHT NIGHTS: CAMBRIDGESHIRE & EAST ANGLIA OLIVER CROMWELL HOUSE GHOST HUNT Friday 18th May 2018
A very busy night was had at this wonderfully haunted location.
... During the Divination Sessions, Both groups had some good results using the Rods and Pendulums, and although the Table Tipping had minor activity, the Glass Divination was very active for both groups.
With the Equipment session we had the REM Pod and the K2 meters going off on command, the Ovilus was picking up the name "Richard" and the kinect sls (Supplied by David Baruch) pick up on a Figure who waved at us when asked!
Kevin Cornwell (our Medium) picked up on a Spirit who wanted to have further communication through more Glass Divination with some pretty impressive results!
During the Freetime session, one group of guests was having an interesting conversation with a spirit using the colours on the REM Pod for its responses.
Well done everyone for a great evening and thanks to both the staff at Oliver Cromwell House for making us all feel welcome, and a special thanks to David Baruch and Greg Dunsmuir for bringing the SLS Kinect Cameras.

Hinchingbrooke house was my first fright night experience & absolutely loved it.. There was some really good activity in the Library & I liked that we got the chance to go off on our own with some equipment (provided) and got to try our own tests.. Will definitely use Fright nights again.. Gemma does a great job in organising the events & the staff are very friendly & helpful.. I understand people have their own opinions & views but don’t think they realise or appreciate how difficult & how much work is put into organising an event of this size.. Certainly deserve a lot of credit..

User

Absolutely fantastic night at Hinchingbrooke House yesterday 28/3/15 The hosts were all so lovely and the hunt was super scary. I've already booked another ghost hunt

User

Went to hitchingbrook house last night, although there was good activity in the library, noises, knocking and table moving around, shame there were no smaller tables to use. Didn't see the point in the hour long tour by the sixth formers...bit strange and wasted time could of been done a lot quicker. Too many coffee breaks, didnr need 3 breaks ! The group activity at beginning with the mediumship would of been better split into smaller groups. Think smaller group activities would of been far more productive and possibly would of got more results. Overall is was ok I have been to better organised activities by haunted happenings.
