FROG was first setup in 1986 to remove the complicated and limited documentation and improve the understanding of how to use computers. The first Step by Step guides were created in-house and used to great effect, because they made things simple and easy to understand.

FROG IT complementing the training side, and the training side complementing the hardware division. 25 years later it is still working well.

Over this time, we have built up a formidable expertise in both Microsoft on-site and cloud solutions as well as knowledge of a range of bespoke systems that our customers use to run their businesses. We primarily aim to provide excellent IT support to small and medium sized clients, ensuring that they are able to work consistently and efficiently at all times.

We achieve this by applying our highly knowledgeable staff via our online help-desk, on-site visits, and proactive systems monitoring.
